Hong Kong · since 1994
WORD POWER Language Services is a Hong Kong translation house for companies and public institutions that need Chinese and English to be exact, readable, and on time.
About us
Since 1994 we have translated for listed companies, government departments, museums, publishers and brands that cannot afford a careless sentence. Quality and punctuality are not extras. They are the job.
Our linguists are members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL). Their professional qualifications are recognised as meeting the translator competence and credential requirements of ISO 17100, the international standard for translation services.
Services
Drafts are translated, edited and proofread to your brief. You receive a file ready to use — not a raw machine output.
Chinese ↔ English as our core pair, plus other languages as required. Documents, reports, contracts, publications and websites.
Consecutive and meeting interpretation for business, legal and public events. Please brief us on setting, duration and subject.
Original Chinese or English copy, plus rewriting so a translation sounds like the brand that commissioned it.
Hong Kong Traditional Chinese, Mainland Simplified Chinese, and English versions that respect search terms, tone and layout.
Audio and video transcripts, with translation when you need a written record in a second language.
Send the file, deadline, audience and any glossary. We confirm scope and fee, then deliver a checked text. Client lists and samples are available on request.
